For New Zealand: The highest demand is in December through February (their summer) — warmest weather, longest daylight hours, and many itineraries.
For Australia (and combined AU/NZ itineraries): The “main cruise season” is from October through March. In particular, December–February are especially busy because they coincide with southern‑hemisphere summer holidays.
